As you know, my congressional campaign is long gone, and I’m converting this website into an ongoing blog about West LA Republican politics. While I’m not officially running for congress, I’m still very active in getting Republicans on the ballot and pushing for issues real Angelenos care about .
The 54th assembly district Republican central committee is one such place where we can have a major impact, and I’ve been involved in it for a number of years already – a couple of them as an ex-officio voting member.
The 54th AD central committee is an official organ of the Republican party, composed of seven members elected in a popular election among registered Republicans. It is tasked with fielding Republican candidates, reaching out to Republican voters, and registering new Republicans.
This is not an easy task in our deeply blue district. We believe we have assembled a slate that can make this happen.
All six of us have demonstrated professional experience, history in the Republican party, and an understanding of what it takes to win voters to the GOP in our district. This will be the slate that can bring our district party into the 21st century!
